DELIVERY AND UNLOADING POLICY
Due to the specialized nature of delivering compact and heavy equipment, DigPro Equipment provides structured and professional delivery solutions to ensure your machinery arrives safely and efficiently at your location. All orders within the continental United States (lower 48 states) include free ground shipping and free unloading service.
FREE SHIPPING AND UNLOADING SERVICE
We proudly provide complimentary shipping via ground freight for all eligible orders. This includes the unloading of equipment such as excavators and skid-steer loaders at your location. You do not need to arrange a forklift or lifting equipment. Our logistics team will coordinate with the carrier to ensure professional unloading is included and handled appropriately at the time of delivery.
Once your order is shipped, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery site during the agreed window. Our delivery team will place the equipment at ground level in a clear and accessible location. Equipment will not be transported indoors or inside any structure.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Depending on accessibility and the nature of your location, one of the following delivery methods will be arranged by our logistics team:
OPTION 1: FLATBED WITH FORKLIFT DELIVERY

Our transportation team verifies in advance whether your address can be serviced by a standard LTL carrier.

Upon confirmation, the shipment is sent to your local delivery hub.

Once at the final hub, the carrier contacts you to schedule delivery within a 2–4 hour weekday window (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

The equipment is loaded onto a flatbed truck with an onboard forklift.

The delivery driver unloads the crate and places it safely on the ground at your driveway or unloading area.
OPTION 2: FINAL MILE DELIVERY SERVICE

For more complex delivery needs, our team arranges transport with a final mile delivery provider.

The local team collects the freight from the terminal and contacts you to schedule a convenient delivery time.

Equipment is loaded securely and delivered using a tilt bed or similar method for safe ground-level placement.

Delivery will be made as close to your building or worksite as is safely possible, depending on access conditions.
DELIVERY COORDINATION

You will be contacted in advance by the delivery carrier to confirm the time and window for delivery.

Please make sure your delivery site is accessible for large trucks and unloading equipment.

Driveways should be cleared prior to delivery to avoid any delays or complications.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY TERMS

Customers must be available to accept and confirm delivery during the scheduled time slot.

If a delivery fails due to lack of response, inaccessibility, or refusal to schedule a time, the order may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, additional storage, return, and re-delivery service charges of up to 15% may apply.

Do not attempt to arrange your own unloading or use third-party services. Our team manages all unloading arrangements directly with the carrier to ensure proper handling. Any outside arrangements made independently are the customer's responsibility and are not eligible for reimbursement.
NON-CONTIGUOUS STATES & CUSTOM SHIPPING NEEDS
Free shipping and unloading services apply only to deliveries within the contiguous United States. For locations in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please contact us before placing your order to receive a customized freight quote and confirm service availability.
