7) What This Warranty Doesn’t Do
This limited warranty is your exclusive remedy for manufacturing defects. It does not extend machine performance beyond design specifications, and it does not cover routine service or normal wear.
8) Legal Notice
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dig Pro Equipment disclaims liability for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty or the exclusion/limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
