REFUND POLICY
At DigPro Equipment, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. Please review our full refund and return policy carefully before submitting a return request.
1. RETURN PERIOD
We offer a 30-day return policy. Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their order to request a return. To initiate a return, please email us at support@digproequipment.com with your order number and the reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all the following conditions:

The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.

All original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories must be included.

A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
3. DAMAGES OR DEFECTS
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, notify us promptly. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
For manufacturing defects or damage discovered at delivery: returns will not be accepted; however, such issues are covered under our warranty policy. Our team will assist with free parts replacement or repairs as outlined in the warranty terms.
Damage occurring after delivery, due to misuse, modification, or improper handling, does not qualify for a return but may be assessed under warranty depending on the issue.
4. RETURN POLICY FOR NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Customers may return non-defective items within 30 days of receipt for a partial refund, subject to inspection and applicable restocking fees. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Restocking Fees:

Up to 25% for unused, like-new items

Up to 40% for used but functional items

Up to 70% for modified or damaged items
Shipping Fees:
Return shipping, handling, and packaging (including wooden crate costs for heavy equipment) are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with their order.
5. EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to initiate a return for the original item and place a separate order for the replacement. We only replace items that are defective or severely damaged upon delivery.
6. REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
PayPal orders: A 2.25% non-refundable transaction fee may be deducted, based on processing charges.
If your refund is not received within 15 business days after approval, please contact support@digproequipment.com.
7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If your refund has not been received, please follow these steps before contacting us:

Contact your credit card provider, as processing may be delayed.

Consult your bank for any internal processing timelines.

8. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for the following types of items:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Personal care or hygiene products

Custom or personalized items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or gift cards
9. WOODEN CRATES FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT
Excavators, skid steers, and similar machinery are shipped in specialized wooden crates. These crates are required for safe transport via LTL freight. The cost of the crate and any associated return freight charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for preparing and securing the equipment in the crate for return shipping.
10. HOW TO START A RETURN

After approval, we will issue a return shipping label. You are required to pack the item securely, in its original crate and packaging, before pickup is arranged. All restocking fees will be applied after inspection.

Ensure the product is in complete, undamaged condition and properly crated at the time of pickup.
