AS-IS CONDITION
All DigPro Equipment equipment and accessories are sold “as is” and without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

PRODUCT MODIFICATIONS
Any unauthorized modifications or alterations made to DigPro Equipment products immediately void all warranties. DigPro Equipment shall not be held liable for any damages, malfunctions, or injuries resulting from such modifications or alterations, whether performed by the customer or a third party.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of DigPro Equipment products complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. DigPro Equipment assumes no liability for any violations, fines, or legal consequences arising from misuse or unlawful use of its products in any jurisdiction.

CORRECT USAGE AND SAFETY

  • Products must be operated only as instructed in the official DigPro Equipment manuals provided at delivery.

  • Installation, operation, maintenance, and repair must be carried out by qualified personnel only.

  • Routine maintenance is the customer's responsibility and must be conducted throughout the lifecycle of the equipment to maintain safe performance.

  • Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times during operation.

Failure to follow safety guidelines or usage instructions may result in serious injury, equipment failure, or property damage. DigPro Equipment shall not be liable in such cases.

THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS
DigPro Equipment is not responsible for any damage, loss, or malfunction resulting from the use of third-party products, parts, or attachments in conjunction with DigPro Equipment equipment. Customers must consult the respective third party’s warranty and guidelines when integrating such components.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DigPro Equipment shall not be liable under any legal theory—whether warranty, contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise—for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personal injury or death

  • Property damage

  • Loss of revenue or business

  • Loss of data

  • Special, incidental, or consequential damages

In no event shall DigPro Equipment’s total liability exceed the purchase price of the product.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT & SEVERABILITY
This Disclaimer constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the terms relating to DigPro Equipment’s responsibility for its products. If any portion of this Disclaimer is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, such provision will be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects the intent of the original, and all other terms will remain in effect.
